In short, I really enjoyed it. Authentic and tasty grub, nice, none too fussy atmosphere, not too much polish about everything and good value for money. The reason I started this blog in the first place was for gems like this. The Thai curries are around £5 - which is good by any standards. Other 'speciality' mains go up to £8-£9 - it's still good value. The full menu is on Just-eat.co.uk and they do deliver. There were some high spots and some rough edges which I'll probably get down on paper tomorrow - a few pressing deadlines today. But a picture's worth a 1000 words right? - so here's 4000 words:
Steamed Mussels with Thai Herbs £3.95
Thai Combination for 2 - bit pricier at £11.95
Seafood and Glass Noodles £9ish - can't recall just now
Lap Mu - 'Very Tasty Pork Dish' - Yes that's what the menu said - I had to go for it. £8.95
Very good food and other diners clearly enjoyed theirs. Even had to smile at the world-weary waiter.
